About

Why Do We Do It

When the Pandemic passed, another crisis followed in its wake—the Great Resignation. Hospitals across the USA face a mass exodus of burnt-out, exhausted staff. Even now, hospitals lose nurses at an alarming rate with recruitment costing hundreds of thousands of dollars a year—money that could go towards medical equipment, facilities, and training. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

At Skylight Systems, we believe that if trauma is addressed, if nursing staff and other healthcare workers are less stressed and have greater job satisfaction, they will stay.
